Rob Anderson

BS. Western Kentucky University; Pursuing an M.S in Nutrition and Food Systems University of Kentucky;
About Rob
Born and raised in Kentucky, received a B.S from Western Kentucky University. Currently pursuing an M.S Nutrition & Food Systems at the University of Kentucky.
Previously worked with Elevation Corporate Health as VERA Program Manager.
Served as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, nutrition coach and Fitness & Wellness
Manager at The Resort at Playa Vista. Currently serving as Virtual Programming Specialist for
Elevation nationwide.
His mission is to help and inspire as many individuals as possible to live a healthy life. When he’s not
training clients in person at The Resort you can find him running the empty streets at 5AM and doing
Burpees all around Playa Vista, CA.
As an online coach he gives his clients practical training programs that work for each individual
schedule. Rob has over 10 years experience working with every “toy” imaginable in collegiate weight
rooms to using rocks and sandbags in a park. He meets each client where they are at that moment
in their fitness journey. He’s trained clients virtually in different time zones and countries. He gets his
clients results with manageable and measurable programs.

Bre Crockett

BS. Kinesiology- Colorado State University. Certifications in Group Fitness and Personal Training
About Bre
Bre graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Health and Exercise Science. She holds
certifications in Group Fitness, Personal Training, Health Behavior Change, Nutrition Coaching, Cycling,
TRX, and Bosu training.
Bre is dedicated to the inspiration and passion this field brings and loves being able to share that with others. Her favorite hobbies include trail running and being on a golf course.
