I’m Steven Posner and I work for the FAA in Building SSMC4. I have been going to a gym since I was 23 years old. I joined the NOAA Fitness Center in 1995. I was mainly into cardio and strength training in the evenings. However, in the past year, maybe because I’m turning 50 this year, I have been getting into strength training and visit the gym almost every day. A few days a week I use the gym twice a day, once in the afternoon and once in the evening. I would like to join the Board so I can represent the evening members since they have not had much representation in the gym in the past. |
